An easy-to-fix appetizer or snack. And healthy too!
1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
1 Tbsp finely chopped peanuts
1 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 – 2 tsp lemon/lime juice
salt to taste
Toss together. Serve immediately.
